Escama Studio is a line of hand bags manufactured in Brazil from recycled aluminum pull tabs, they type you find on top of aluminum cans. I designed the first runs of the collateral pieces including logo designs, line sheets designs, some product design and POS displays.
This product was a series of maps showcasing business parks in various regions. The maps were created from panels of advertising on one side and a map pinpointing property locations for lease on the reverse. The reverse side also had additional advertising that had to be created for each client.
The Business Park Guides were a combination of 4-color, 2-color and black-and-white offset printing in magazine format. I was responsible for all layout, design, production and oversight of the entire printing process. Some ads and cover designs were supplied by the advertisers.

Site Type: Branding This was an example of under-the-gun design. I was asked to come up with a logo for use within 4 hours of this newly created brand. The design had to work equally as well for the web as it would for print. Skill Sets / Tools: Freehand, Illustrator
The design was built so that it could be localized and cobranded for various markets including China, Thailand and Korea using adhesive labeling. I designed and produced the die cut and packaging design. The printing was completed in China.
The Meet World Trade Custom Sourcing Brochure was created to “product-ize” the web site content for communication and distribution to our partners.
The Leasing Guide Publications family included the Minnesota Real Estate Guide and Metro Chicago Real Estate Magazine. The publications were 4 color offset magazine format ranging from 60 to 120 pages.
The Real Estate Journal publications were industry newspapers serving the real estate communities in Minnesota, Illinois. I managed the production and provided layout and art direction for the publications.
I designed the MortgageMakers publications family, performed all layout, performed all art direction, and subsequently managed all production aspects including ad creation, preflight, management of printing process.
